## What an AI salesperson does on your website

### What is an AI sales agent?

Software that does the first part of a salesperson's job in a chat: it answers a buyer's questions, works out what they need and points them to the right next step. LuckPanda's works on your website, answers only from your own pages and offers, and saves each lead to your CRM.

### Is this an AI SDR that sends cold email?

No. It does not send cold email or social messages. It talks only to people who are already on your website and choose to ask something. Outbound AI SDR tools do a different job, and the two can sit side by side.

### Isn't this just a lead form in a chat bubble?

No. It answers the visitor's question first, from your own pages. It asks for an email or phone only once the visitor wants something: a quote, a demo, a call back. A visitor who only wanted an answer gets the answer.

### Will it quote a wrong price or promise a discount?

### Will visitors know it is an AI?

### Do I need a developer to install it?
