Our prices include tax. Your commission is worked out on what the payment comes to after any discount and with tax taken out, so where a customer pays sales tax or VAT you earn a little less than the figure shown. A business in India pays in rupees; your commission is 50% of what that payment settles to in US dollars. Annual figures per month are the yearly commission divided by twelve.

The rules
Ten rules keep the program fair to affiliates and to customers.
- Joining is free for anyone with a LuckPanda account, which is free too. You need a Wise or PayPal account that can receive US dollars.
- A referral counts when someone creates a new LuckPanda account within 60 days of clicking your link, in the same browser. Accounts that existed before the click never count. If they later click another affiliate's link, the most recent link is the one that counts. Every business that person creates is your referral.
- You earn 50% of every payment that customer makes to LuckPanda (module plans, extra Payroll employees and Chatbot credit packs) for as long as they keep paying. Annual plans earn when they are paid.
- Each commission unlocks 60 days after the payment it comes from. On the 1st of every month we pay out unlocked balances of $100 or more; a smaller balance carries over to the next month. Transfer fees are taken from the payout.
- A payment that is refunded or charged back earns nothing. If its commission was already paid out, the amount is taken from your future payouts, and your balance can go below zero.
- Not allowed: referring yourself (your own email, business or accounts), paid ads that send people through your link, bidding on LuckPanda in search ads, spam, coupon and deal sites, and describing LuckPanda as something it is not. Say that you are an affiliate wherever the law requires it.
- Referrals that look suspicious are held for review, and they earn nothing if we reject them.
- Breaking these rules can close your affiliate account, stop your link from counting and cancel any commission not yet paid.
- We may change these rules or end the program, and we will tell you by email before we do. Commissions you have already earned keep the rules they were earned under.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
Questions affiliates ask
Do I need to be a paying customer, or have a website, to join?
No to both. A free LuckPanda account is enough, and a newsletter, a YouTube channel, a community you run or a client list works as well as a website. Anyone who can receive US dollars through Wise or PayPal can join.
Which pages can I link to?
Any page on luckpanda.app. Add ?via= and your code to the address, for example luckpanda.app/pricing?via=yourcode or luckpanda.app/tools/invoice-generator?via=yourcode. A free tool or template that answers your reader's exact question tends to convert better than the home page, and the 60-day window means they do not have to sign up on the first visit.
Do the people I refer get a discount?
No. They pay the same prices as everyone else and there is no affiliate coupon, so nobody waits for a deal and your link is never undercut by a coupon site. What they get is a free start, a trial of every module and your recommendation.
What if my referral starts on the free plan, pays yearly or upgrades later?
You still earn. A referral who starts free and pays months later earns you 50% from their first payment on. An annual plan earns 50% of the yearly payment when it is paid and again at each renewal. When a customer adds modules, moves to the full suite, adds Payroll employees or buys Chatbot credits, your commission grows with their payments.
What will I see in my dashboard?
Affiliates in your LuckPanda account shows your link and code, the clicks it gets, the accounts you referred, your paying customers by plan and what each has earned you, what is pending, what is available and every payout. Customers appear by number only: you never see their names or emails.
Who pays the transfer fees?
Wise or PayPal charges a fee for each transfer, and it is taken out of the payout. Our own payment processing fees are not deducted from your commission, and the $100 minimum keeps the fee small next to what you receive.
Can I run ads?
Write about LuckPanda, make videos, run webinars, post where it is welcome and email your own subscribers. Paid ads that send people through your link are not allowed, and neither is bidding on our brand names in search ads. Organic recommendations are what earns trust, and they keep paying long after you publish them.
Which countries can you pay?
Any country where Wise or PayPal can pay you in US dollars. You choose the payout account when you join.
