How to use the blank invoice
- Type your business name, address and email in the From block.
- Fill in the client and their billing address.
- Add a line for each item, with quantity and unit price.
- Save the draft; issuing gives it the next invoice number.

Blank or example?
A blank template suits people who already know their line items. If you are unsure how to describe the work or what payment terms are normal in your trade, open one of the trade templates instead; they start with realistic lines you can edit.
