These terms of service ("terms") are an agreement between you and LuckPanda ("LuckPanda", "we", "us"), the operator of the service at luckpanda.app, including its website, web app, API, MCP server and any related tools (together, the "service"). LuckPanda is operated from India. The operator's registered name and address are available on request at support@luckpanda.app.
By creating an account, using a paid module, or using the free tools, you agree to these terms. If you use LuckPanda on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes that business.
The service
LuckPanda helps businesses create and manage invoices, quotes, receipts, credit notes and related documents, record payments, keep clients and products, and keep books. Some features are available without an account; others need you to sign in, and some need a paid module.
We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel under our refund policy.
Accounts and sign-in
- You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Anyone with access to your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure.
- You must give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by people you invite and by API keys and AI agents you create.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- Tell us at once at support@luckpanda.app if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Free use and guest drafts
Creating and editing drafts is free, including without an account. Drafts made without signing in are linked to a cookie in your browser and are kept for 30 days, after which we delete them. Signing in lets you keep a draft in your own business.
Paid modules and billing
- Issuing documents, downloading PDFs, sending documents, payment links and some other features need a paid module. The features in each module are listed on our pricing page.
- Modules are priced per module per month, currently ₹249 per module per month. Annual billing is 25% off, and the full suite is 30% off. Prices in other currencies, and any taxes, are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions are sold and processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments' own terms apply to the purchase, and it handles payment details, invoices for your subscription and sales tax on it.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may change prices. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice of an increase.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your data
You own the data you put into LuckPanda: your business details, clients, documents, payments and records ("your data"). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display your data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, and as described in our privacy policy.
You can export your data, and you can delete your business or account, at any time. We do not sell your data.
Your responsibility for documents and tax
LuckPanda calculates totals and tax from the information and rates you enter or select, and offers guides and calculators. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the documents you issue, including names, amounts, tax rates, tax numbers and dates.
- Deciding which taxes apply to your sales and charging and reporting them correctly.
- Meeting invoicing, record-keeping and e-invoicing rules that apply to you.
- Keeping records for as long as the law requires, including by exporting them if you close your account.

AI agents and automation
You can connect AI agents and other software to LuckPanda through our API and MCP server. Agents can read data and prepare drafts and proposals within the permissions you grant. Agents never issue, post, send or pay: any of those actions requires a person to review and accept the proposal. AI output can be wrong. Review it before you accept it. You are responsible for the agents and API keys you create and for keeping keys secret.
The support chat on our website is an AI assistant. Its answers are for guidance only and may be inaccurate.
Acceptable use
You must not use LuckPanda to:
- Break any law, including tax, consumer protection, anti-money laundering and sanctions laws.
- Create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, such as fake invoices or receipts, or impersonate another business or person.
- Send spam, phishing or unsolicited messages through the service.
- Upload malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or our systems.
- Overload, disrupt or probe the service, or bypass usage limits or paywalls.
- Scrape the service or copy it to build a competing product, except through our documented API within its limits.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LuckPanda available and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and the service depends on third parties such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare), payment processor and email provider. Keep your own exports of records you are legally required to retain.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using LuckPanda and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you do not pay, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. If we end the service as a whole, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
Intellectual property
LuckPanda's software, design, brand and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
If you are using LuckPanda for a business, you agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your data, your documents, or your breach of these terms or the law, except to the extent caused by us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
