Inventory management software
The Inventory module is being built. It will keep one list of what you sell and buy, how much of it you have, and where it is, updated by the documents that move it.
What Inventory includes
What you can do with Inventory
One item list for selling and buying
Each product or service will be defined once, with its unit, prices and tax, and used on quotes, invoices and purchase orders.
Know where stock is
Stock will be held by warehouse or location, so you can see what is in each place, not only a total.
A record of every unit
Every receipt, delivery, transfer and adjustment will be a stock movement with a date, a quantity and the document that caused it.
Counts that reconcile
Stock counts will record differences as adjustments, so the history explains every change rather than overwriting it.
From first step to everyday use
- Inventory is in progress. Today, the Sales module (quotes, invoices, proforma invoices, receipts, credit notes, payment links and reminders), client records and the API and MCP server are live.
- You will add items with their unit, prices and tax rate.
- You will set up warehouses and record opening stock in each.
- Deliveries, goods received and transfers will create stock movements automatically from their documents.
Inventory for your AI agent
When Inventory ships, an agent will be able to read stock levels and movements through the API and MCP, and draft purchase orders when stock runs low as proposals for a person to approve.
- Same permissions as the app, through REST or MCP
- Agent work arrives as a suggestion until a person accepts it
- Issuing, posting, sending and paying stay with people

Questions
Can I use Inventory today?
Not yet. It is being built and no date is promised. Today you can describe goods directly on quotes and invoices in Sales.
Will it handle more than one location?
Yes. Warehouses are part of the module, and stock will be tracked per location.
Is it a full warehouse management system?
No. It will track items, quantities and locations. Picking routes, bin optimisation and scanners are not planned for the first version.
How will Inventory be priced?
Like every module: per module per month, with no per-user fee.
