Build it with your AI agent

Give an agent your site and it can create the chatbot, read your pages and test it through LuckPanda's API and MCP. It prepares the work; going live stays with you.

Use LuckPanda's MCP server (https://luckpanda.app/mcp) to build a website chatbot for me. Ask for my website address, call chatbot_create_from_website with it, wait until the pages are learned (chatbot_source_list), then run a few test questions with chatbot_test_message and show me the answers. Do not put it live: I will do that myself.

Instructions for AI agents

Needs a LuckPanda agent key (Settings › Developers) with the chatbot.manage grant. MCP endpoint: https://luckpanda.app/mcp (Streamable HTTP, bearer key).

  • chatbot_create_from_website { url }: creates a draft chatbot named after the site and starts reading it.
  • chatbot_source_list: pages learned, failed or skipped, with a reason for each.
  • chatbot_test_message: asks the bot a question as the owner. Test chats never email anyone.
  • Going live (chatbot_update with status live) is a person's action; an agent gets APPROVAL_REQUIRED.

Questions

Do I need an account to try it?

No. Paste your website address and LuckPanda builds a preview chatbot from your public pages. It is saved in your browser for 7 days, and you can ask it up to 20 questions. Sign in only when you want to keep it.

What does it cost?

Setting up and testing a chatbot is free. Putting it on your website needs the Chatbot plan: ₹249 a month (or ₹2,241 a year), for up to 10 websites on one account. You can cancel any time.

What can it answer?

Only what is in the pages, documents and answers you give it. When the answer is not there it says so and offers to pass the chat to a person. It does not browse the web or guess prices and policies.

How long does the preview take?

The chat opens as soon as about five pages have been read, or after 30 seconds, whichever comes first, and it keeps learning while you chat. The preview reads up to 30 pages. After you keep it, it can read up to 50 pages per website and you can add documents, text and FAQs.

Which languages does it speak?

It replies in the language the visitor writes in. Your content can be in any script (Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, accented Latin and others; Chinese and Japanese match poorly because the search splits words on spaces). The chat window's own buttons and labels are in English for now.

Where do I put it?

One line of script before the closing body tag, on any site where you can add a script: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow or hand-written HTML. There are no platform plugins yet.

Can a person take over a chat?

Yes. Chats that need a person are flagged as waiting. You take over, reply as your business, and hand back when you are done. While you have it, the bot stays quiet.

What happens if I stop paying?

The chatbot stops answering visitors and alerts stop. Your projects, sources and past chats stay in your account, so you can start again where you left off.

Can I connect it to my own data?

Yes. Point it at a read-only API or an MCP server and it can look up things like order status or stock. It only reads by default, and your credentials are encrypted and never shown to the model.
