Pricing questions
Is it really free until I go live?
Yes. Creating a project, adding sources, chatting with it in the preview and reading the chats are free. The free plan includes one project. You pay when you put a chatbot on your website, switch on email alerts or webhooks, or add more projects.
What is included in the Chatbot plan?
Going live on your websites, email alerts, signed webhooks, and up to 10 projects (one per website). There is no per-message charge and no per-seat charge.
Are there message or page limits?
Only the limits that protect your bot: by default a project answers up to 2,000 visitor messages a day, a chat can run 200 messages, and a website crawl reads up to 50 pages. A project can hold up to 60 sources, and a document can be up to 5 MB. We do not sell message packs.
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are per module, not per seat. Invite your team once any module is active.
Which currency do you charge in?
Indian rupees (INR) today. Other currencies are open and not decided yet.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that the chatbot stops answering, and your projects, sources and chats stay in your account.
What if I need more than ten websites?
Write to us at hello@luckpanda.app. The limit is a setting, and the full suite includes every module at a lower price per module.
