Chats in LuckPanda for Fernhill Studio on a phone: a visitor chat opened in the Chats inbox: the visitor asks what a brand identity project costs, the assistant answers from the Studio website project's pricing notes and asks for contact details, the visitor (Grace from Sunfield Snacks) leaves an email, and chips above the transcript show the page the chat started on and that she is not in the CRM yet, with the reply box below.
What it does

Your chat inbox, in your pocket

The app is the LuckPanda inbox made for a phone. Nothing to set up twice: your projects, chats and alert settings come with your sign-in.

  • Alerts the moment it matters

A visitor asks for a person, leaves their details or replies to you. You hear about it right away.

  • Reply or take over

Open the chat from the alert, read what the assistant said, and answer in your own words.

  • Every project, one inbox

All your websites' chats in one list, the ones that need you on top, with where each visitor came from.

  • Quiet when you want

Choose which alerts you get and for which projects, set quiet hours, or mute for an hour.

Questions

Is LuckPanda in the Play Store or the App Store?

Not yet. On Android you install the app straight from this page. On iPhone and iPad, Apple only installs apps from the App Store, so LuckPanda runs from your Home Screen instead. It opens full screen like any app and gets the same alerts on iOS 16.4 or newer.

Which alerts will I get?

You choose them in Chatbot, under Alerts: a visitor needs a person, a lead is captured, a visitor replies in a chat you took over, and replies are failing are on from the start. A new chat starts is off at first, because busy sites get many; turn it on there to hear about every new chat. You can also pick projects, set quiet hours and mute for an hour.

Android says the file might be harmful. Is it safe?

Android shows that warning for every app installed from outside the Play Store. The app is signed by LuckPanda, and it only opens luckpanda.app: your chats and replies are the same ones you see on the web, behind the same sign-in. You can compare its signing certificate with the fingerprint on this page.

Do I need a separate account?

No. Sign in with the same Google account or email you use on the web. Your chats, projects and alert settings are already there.

What does the app cost?

The app is free. Chat alerts are part of Chatbot and follow the same plan as its email alerts.

How do I update the Android app?

Most of the app is the web app, so it is always current. When a new Android version is out, this page shows its version number; download it again and Android installs it over the old one, keeping you signed in.
