Bill clients in their currency
Invoice in US dollars, euros, pounds, rupees or another supported currency. The same amount reads 124,500.00 on a US invoice, 124.500,00 on a German one and 1,24,500.00 on an Indian one.
Know what each client owes
Every issued invoice shows whether it is unpaid, part paid or paid. Each client shows what is outstanding in each currency they are billed in.
Get paid with less chasing
Add a payment link that opens the invoice, the amount still due and how to pay. Set email reminders before and after the due date; they stop when the invoice is paid.
Books that stay correct
Issuing an invoice or credit note posts balanced double-entry journal entries. An issued invoice is never edited: you correct it with a credit note, or cancel it, which reverses its entries.

- Draft a quote, invoice, proforma invoice, receipt or credit note in the editor. Drafting is free and autosaves.
- Issue it to give it the next number in its series and lock it. Issuing and PDF download need the Sales module.
- Email it or copy the client link, add a payment link, and set reminders on invoices.
- Record each payment on the invoice as it arrives. Sales orders, delivery challans, recurring invoices and debit notes are being built.
Sales for your AI agent
Through the REST API or the MCP server, an agent with an API key can look up clients, create and revise draft quotes and invoices, and read what is owed. Issuing, sending, creating payment links and recording payments are refused for agent keys: an agent's work stays a draft until a person on your team reviews it and issues it.

Questions
Is the invoicing software free?
Creating and editing quotes, invoices and other documents is free. Issuing, PDF download, email sending, client links and payment links need the Sales module, ₹249 a month. Pricing is per module, never per user.
Can I invoice a client in another currency?
Yes. Choose the currency the client pays in. Numbers, separators and dates are formatted for the document's country, whatever your browser is set to.
Does it handle GST, VAT and sales tax?
You set a tax rate on each line, so the same invoice works for GST, VAT or sales tax, and export lines can be zero-rated. India GST returns, e-invoices and e-way bills belong to the Compliance module, which is being built.
How do I correct an issued invoice?
Issue a credit note to reduce or reverse it, or cancel it if no payment has been applied. Cancelling reverses its journal entries. Issued invoices are never edited in place.
How do clients pay?
A payment link opens a page with the invoice, the amount still due and your payment instructions, with no login. You record the payment when it arrives. Card checkout through a payment provider is in progress.
