Reply to each visitor in the language they write in
One visitor writes in Hindi, the next in Hinglish, a third in Spanish. The chatbot replies to each in their own language, using your pages as the source. This page also says plainly what is still in English, and how to check quality before you go live.
No account needed to try it. We read the public pages of your site, build the chatbot in about a minute and delete it after 7 days unless you keep it.

What changes language, and what stays in English
| Part of the chat | Language |
|---|---|
| The bot's replies | The language the visitor writes in |
| Window title, greeting and chat button text | Whatever you write, so set them in the language most of your visitors use |
| Offline message outside business hours | Whatever you write |
| Window labels such as Write a message, End chat and Start over | English only today |
| The short note shown if the AI cannot answer | English only today |
| Replies from your team after a takeover | Whatever your team writes |
There is no language setting. The bot is told to reply in the visitor's language, so it follows each visitor without any setup.
Two scripts, one set of English pages
Sample conversation on a fictional Mumbai tiffin service whose website is in English
The pages were in English. The bot searched them, then wrote each reply in the language and script the visitor used, including Hindi typed in English letters.
Which languages your sources should be in
The bot finds passages in your sources by matching words, in any script: English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Arabic, accented French or German and the rest. Your pages can be in the language your customers write in, or in another one: the bot searches your content, then writes the reply in the visitor's language.
Two limits apply. The search matches whole words, and its word-ending rules are written for English, so a heavily inflected language can miss a form it has not seen. Chinese and Japanese are written without spaces between words, so the search cannot split them into words and matches them poorly; test those before you rely on them.
So the setup that works best today is the common one: your pages in English, and the bot writing each reply in the visitor's language.
If the bot says it does not know in one language but answers the same question in English, add a line to its instructions, such as "Search the knowledge base in English, then reply in the visitor's language." Then test again.
Why quality varies by language
- A language model writes the reply. It writes widely used languages well and less common ones less well, so grammar, tone and word choice can be off.
- Prices, dates and product names come from your content. Check that they come through the translation unchanged.
- Politeness works differently across languages. Ask someone who speaks the language to read a few replies in the tone you chose.
- Many visitors mix languages in one message, such as Hindi and English. Test that as well.
Test it in every language your customers use
- List the languagesLook at your email and calls. Which languages do customers actually write in?
- Ask the same questions in eachTake five real questions and ask each one in every language in the free test chat.
- Check what it looked upUnder each reply the test chat shows what the bot searched for. Nothing found in one language but not another points to the search, not a missing page.
- Read real chatsOnce it is live, search History for words in each language and read those chats in the first weeks.
Questions
Do I need to choose a language?
No. The bot is told to reply in the language the visitor writes in. There is no list of languages to switch on.
Will the chat window be in my visitor's language?
Partly. The title, greeting, button text and offline message are yours to write in any language. Labels such as Write a message and End chat are in English today, and so is the short note shown if the AI cannot answer.
Can my content be in Hindi?
Yes. The search reads words in any script, so Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and other pages, documents and FAQs can be found. Chinese and Japanese match poorly because they are written without spaces. Ask a few real questions in your language in the test chat and check what it looked up.
Which languages does it reply in well?
We do not publish a list, because quality depends on the model and the language. Test every language you rely on with real questions before you go live, and ask a speaker to read the replies.
Does it cost more for more languages?
No. The Chatbot plan is ₹249 a month for up to 10 websites, with no per-language or per-message charge.

Build it with your AI agent
Give an agent your site and it can create the chatbot, read your pages and test it through LuckPanda's API and MCP. It prepares the work; going live stays with you.
Use LuckPanda's MCP server (https://luckpanda.app/mcp) to build a website chatbot for me. Ask for my website address, call chatbot_create_from_website with it, wait until the pages are learned (chatbot_source_list), then run a few test questions with chatbot_test_message and show me the answers. Do not put it live: I will do that myself.
Instructions for AI agents
Needs a LuckPanda agent key (Settings › Developers) with the chatbot.manage grant. MCP endpoint: https://luckpanda.app/mcp (Streamable HTTP, bearer key).
chatbot_create_from_website{ url }: creates a draft chatbot named after the site and starts reading it.chatbot_source_list: pages learned, failed or skipped, with a reason for each.chatbot_test_message: asks the bot a question as the owner. Test chats never email anyone.- Going live (
chatbot_updatewith status live) is a person's action; an agent gets APPROVAL_REQUIRED.
