Chatbot for

Qualify the enquiry before the first call

Many agency calls are with people who have no budget yet, or need the work next week. The chatbot answers questions about your services and process from your own site, asks the intake questions you would ask, and puts the answers in your CRM before anyone picks up the phone.

No account needed to try it. We read the public pages of your site, build the chatbot in about a minute and delete it after 7 days unless you keep it.

  • Your intake questions, asked in the chat
  • Budget and timeline saved with the lead
  • Free to set up and test
Intake

The checklist you would run on a call

Set the goal to lead generation and add up to five questions. The bot asks them early, one or two at a time, after it has answered what the visitor came for.

  • What do you need: a new website, a redesign, SEO, ads or something else?
  • What budget range do you have in mind?
  • When do you need it live?
  • What is your current website, if you have one?
  • Who else is involved in the decision?

Contact details come with them: name, work email or phone, and company. The lead is saved as soon as the bot has an email or phone number, and the answers are added as the chat goes on.

A sample chat

From "rough cost?" to a brief

Sample conversation on a fictional agency, Kiln Studio, Bengaluru

Hi, do you guys do shopify stores? Rough cost for around 40 products?
Yes. We build Shopify stores, from theme setup to custom sections. Our pricing page lists Shopify builds from ₹1,50,000, depending on design and integrations. What will the store sell, and when do you want it live?

Ethnic wear, launch before Diwali next year. Budget max 2.5 lakh
Thanks. Our process page describes four stages: a discovery call, design, build and launch, and the timeline is agreed after the discovery call. May I have your name, email and company so the team can set up that call?

Thank you, Neha. I have saved your brief: a Shopify store for ethnic wear, about 40 products, launch before Diwali, budget up to ₹2,50,000. Someone from the team will email you to fix the call.
Lead captured and added to CRM

The bot did not estimate this project or promise a launch date. It repeated the published starting price, collected the brief, and left the estimate to a person.

Building bots for clients

If you set up chatbots on client websites

Some agencies want to include a chatbot in a website project. Here is what works today, and what does not exist.

What works today

  • One project per client website, each with its own sources, look, allowed websites and chats
  • Up to 10 websites on one account, for ₹249 a month in total
  • Lead and handoff emails per project, so each client's alerts can go to the client
  • A signed webhook per project, to send leads into the client's own tools
  • The "Powered by LuckPanda" line in the chat window can be switched off

What does not exist

  • White-label: the app, alert emails and sign-in are LuckPanda's
  • Reselling, client billing or invoicing clients through LuckPanda
  • Client logins limited to one project; people you invite see your business's chatbots
  • More than 10 websites on the plan; for more, write to hello@luckpanda.app

Plan for one more thing. All projects in an account share that account's CRM and team, so leads from a client's website arrive in your CRM. If a client should own their leads and chats, set the chatbot up in a LuckPanda account the client owns.

For each client site

A setup routine that fits in an afternoon

  1. Read the siteAdd the client's address. The bot takes its name and icon from the site, suggests a brand colour, and reads the pages.
  2. Fill the gapsAdd the price list, FAQs or policies the site does not cover, as documents, text or FAQ entries.
  3. Test with the clientSit with the client and ask what their customers ask. Fix sources until the answers read right.
  4. Go livePaste the script line in the site's template and list the site as an allowed website. The Install tab shows when the chat was first seen there.
Honest limits

On your own site, it will not

  • Quote a project price beyond what your pricing page says, or commit to a delivery date.
  • Book a call in your calendar. It takes the details, and you send the invite.
  • Score or rank leads. You read the answers and decide who to call.
  • Send proposals, contracts or invoices. A person does that.

Questions

Can I white-label it for clients?

No. You can switch off the "Powered by LuckPanda" line in the chat window, but there is no white-label app, no reseller programme and no client billing.

How many client websites can one account run?

Up to 10, for ₹249 a month or ₹2,241 a year. Each is its own project. For more, write to hello@luckpanda.app.

Can my client see their own chats?

Only if you invite them to your business, and then they see every chatbot project in it, as far as their role allows. If a client needs access to just their own, set the chatbot up in an account they own.

Can I charge my clients through LuckPanda?

No. LuckPanda does not bill your clients or split payments. How you charge them is up to you.

Will it book discovery calls?

No. There is no calendar booking. It collects the brief and contact details, and your team sends the invite.

For AI agents

Build it with your AI agent

Give an agent your site and it can create the chatbot, read your pages and test it through LuckPanda's API and MCP. It prepares the work; going live stays with you.

Use LuckPanda's MCP server (https://luckpanda.app/mcp) to build a website chatbot for me. Ask for my website address, call chatbot_create_from_website with it, wait until the pages are learned (chatbot_source_list), then run a few test questions with chatbot_test_message and show me the answers. Do not put it live: I will do that myself.

Instructions for AI agents

Needs a LuckPanda agent key (Settings › Developers) with the chatbot.manage grant. MCP endpoint: https://luckpanda.app/mcp (Streamable HTTP, bearer key).

  • chatbot_create_from_website { url }: creates a draft chatbot named after the site and starts reading it.
  • chatbot_source_list: pages learned, failed or skipped, with a reason for each.
  • chatbot_test_message: asks the bot a question as the owner. Test chats never email anyone.
  • Going live (chatbot_update with status live) is a person's action; an agent gets APPROVAL_REQUIRED.

See it on your own website

Paste your address and watch the chatbot learn your pages. No account and no card.
