Hazardous Waste Authorisation as it applies to businesses operating in Jammu & Kashmir. Generators, transporters, recyclers and disposal facilities of hazardous and other wastes (as defined in Schedule I/II) must obtain authorisation from the State PCB under the 2016 Rules and file the annual return in Form IV by 30 June.
