How to use the interior quotation format
- Add your studio name, address and GSTIN, and the client's flat or site address.
- Price each element in its usual unit: running ft for kitchens, sq ft for wardrobes and ceilings.
- Name the board, finish and hardware brand on every line.
- Set the payment stages, exclusions and validity, then save and send.
Name the materials on every line

Payment stages clients accept
- 10% on signing, to start detailed design
- 50% on approval of final drawings, before materials are ordered
- 35% when installation starts on site
- 5% on handover, after the snag list is closed
Worked example
A 2BHK in Pune: an L-shaped modular kitchen of 12 running ft at ₹14,500 (₹1,74,000), wardrobes with 84 sq ft of sliding front at ₹1,650 (₹1,38,600), 420 sq ft of gypsum ceiling at ₹115 (₹48,300) and a design fee of ₹35,000. The quotation comes to ₹3,95,900 before GST, plus ₹71,262 GST at 18%, for ₹4,67,162 in all.
