How to use the handyman invoice
- Add the customer and the address.
- List each task, priced by the hour or per job.
- Add the materials you bought.
- Save and hand it over, or sign in to take payment there and then.
Per-task or hourly?
Per-task pricing (hang a door, mount a TV) is easier for customers to accept and rewards you for working quickly. Hourly pricing suits unknowns such as tracing a leak. Many handymen mix both on one invoice, which is fine as long as each line says which it is.
