Answers from your own content
You will give the assistant a prompt and a knowledge base about your business, and it will answer visitors from that.
Leads saved to your CRM
When a visitor leaves their details or a requirement, it will be saved as a lead with a follow-up task in your own CRM.
A person when it matters
Conversations the assistant cannot handle will be flagged for handoff, and the visitor told that a person will follow up.
Limits you control
Daily message caps, per-visitor limits and the websites it may run on will be set per chatbot.
From first step to everyday use
- The Chatbot is in progress. Today, the Sales module (quotes, invoices, proforma invoices, receipts, credit notes, payment links and reminders), client records and the API and MCP server are live.
- You will write the assistant's prompt and add knowledge about your business.
- You will paste one script tag on your website.
- You will read every conversation, with handoffs flagged and leads in your CRM.
Chatbot for your AI agent
The chatbot is itself an agent and follows the same rules: it will be able to answer, collect contact details and create leads and tasks in your CRM, but it cannot issue documents, send invoices or take payments; a person follows up on every lead. Owners will be able to manage chatbots and read conversations through the API and MCP.

Can I add the chatbot to my site today?
Not yet. It is being built and tested on our own support first, and no date is promised.
Can the chatbot quote prices or promise delivery?
It answers from the knowledge you give it. It cannot issue a quote or invoice; it collects the requirement and a person prepares and sends any quote.
Will it work on any website?
It will be added with one script tag. You can limit which website addresses it runs on.
How will it be priced?
Building and testing a chatbot will be free. Publishing it on your website will need the Chatbot module, priced per module per month.
